I know your struggle well. I know that you’ve entirely changed since you’ve become a Mom. You have less time for the things you love, including sleep. I also know that beautiful memories are made when unexpected, just as often as the day’s obstacles before you.
And I know that being a Mom is hard!
You feel like you’ll never win. You feel like you can’t make everyone happy, keep the house clean, or keep track of all your mental sticky notes. You’re only one person and you’re very overwhelmed, sometimes to the point of tears.
You’ll debate with yourself. “Why can’t I be as good as other moms?” Then decide, “my family’s needs are more important than mine and the house is still a disaster.” When a days worth of effort wasn’t as successful as you envisioned, you tell yourself that you’re failing as a Mom. Then you punish yourself. “I don’t deserve time to rest or have fun if I can’t get everything done first.”

Maybe it started with instinct for you. One day out of the blue you just started to feel a little off. And you knew before you even double checked your math or tested. Maybe you were slightly terrified when you saw the double lines. Maybe you were felt a rush of emotion and bawled happy tears.
Or maybe you waited for years for that adoption placement or stepchild. You remember how you felt?
Your entire life changed from then on.
From that moment on, you learned a lot about yourself. You learned how to adapt to your new role quickly. You learned that you had to turn fear and worry into caution. You learned to love another human being.

Do you still have some baby weight? Many moms struggle to lose their pregnancy weight. Doctors are telling us to gain 25-30 lbs (or more) while carrying. And it is not hard to do. Especially when you can stock your freezer full of ice cream and make daily stops to the carryout.
Then you birth a little miracle and you are left with this pouch, leaving strangers wondering if you are preggo again. Uh! Now you have to lose it!
And by the way, if you are still at kid one, the worst is when you are expecting shortly after getting your body back. NO… (me yelling).
So after having 3 little boys, and the weight loss getting harder, I came up with a good weight loss plan that lots of mommies can use. I lost 14 stubborn lbs doing this!
